Come spend a few hours in a peaceful and tranquil environment at Tranquiliti Wellness Center 503 Main Street Windermere
1PM. Come and learn all the wonderful medicinal benefits that essential oils contribute to our lives. We will teach you how and why you use them in this workshop. You will get to sample them and determine which is your favorite essential oil (s).
Light lunch included. A short meditation will be given with your favorite oil before you leave.

Anne McDonough is an Intuitive Energy Practitioner and Facilitator specializing in whole body wellness and owner of Tranquiliti Wellness Center and Spa.
 
Participants will learn in this workshop how to become more aware of their limiting beliefs and thoughts that often block intuition which is a natural ability available to everyone.  Learn and expand techniques that will help you open to a whole new world of intuition that will allow you to tap into receiving answers and guidance that can work for you on a daily basis. You will learn by practical hands on exercises that will enhance your own intuitive experiences and abilities.
 
Headphones will be used to facilitate the meditations.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal as well as your favorite pillow.

HEALING MEDITATION RETREAT

Come join us as we feed our minds and bodies with a healing energy meditation retreat. Escape the outside world and experience a relaxing and rejuvenating day. Learn techniques to help you relax at home and get rid of stress on a daily basis.

This retreat will be facilitated by Anne McDonough. Anne holds many certifications in meditation and wellness and has traveled the country learning these techniques to generate healing. This day will be transformational!

The Healing Retreat

Please join Anne McDonough for a day at Tranquiliti Wellness Center of focusing on mind, body, and spirituality. The healing retreat is a day filled with healing techniques that will help you to let go of the past and move forward with a blast. We will also discuss ways to make our lives more fulfilling and rewarding. Group discussion and exercises will help us to utilize and experience the gift of letting go.
